Dr. JP DeGuzman, DDS, MS

Dr. John Paul DeGuzman is board certified in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. As a periodontist, he is committed to saving teeth when possible, using advanced techniques. However, his specialty allows him to
replace teeth, gums, and bone when necessary.

He graduated from dental school as the valedictorian at the National University College of Dentistry. He then specialized in Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he was appointed Chief Resident and graduated with a Master’s degree in Dental Science with a focus in ridge augmentation and implantology.

Dr. DeGuzman and his wife, Charla are huge Sacramento Kings fans, and they love all kinds of activities including basketball, snowboarding, hiking, and eating. They recently welcomed their beautiful daughter, Florence, into the world and she has quickly become the heart of the family.
